We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off time will forfeit the deposit.
Boarding can sometimes be stressful on your pup. We recommend supplying us with he/her foods and the sleeping environment (bed, blanket, etc...) your dog is familiar with.
No, he/she does not need to be crate trained but that is our preference. Dogs tend to like their personal space and going into their crate gives them comfort. If your dog is not crate trained, he/she is free to roam our house and yard as he/she wishes.
We do prefer dogs to be spayed or neutered. We do not accept females in heat.
Yes. For safety measures, we ask that your pup is up-to-date with vaccinations and you provide us with the most recent records.
We can take up 3 clients at a time. This allows us to give each dog the personal attention needed.
Safety is our #1 priority. Therefore we always do a meet and greet to evaluate each dog's demeanor and temperament prior to accepting them as clients.
All dogs need to be picked by 8pm.
We accept cash and all forms of digital payments: ApplePay, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. Sorry no checks.
